Surrounded by The Kahurangi National Park one of the largest, newest and unique parks in New Zealand. "Kahurangi" is a Maori word meaning "treasured possession".
Come and relax on the verandah or hike up private tracks through native bush, pines or participate in a native forest restoration project. Views of the Owen and Buller Rivers, Mt Owen, Mt Murchison and the Kahurangi National Park.

Our Cottage accommodation is situated at the junction between the Owen and Buller Rivers. See wildlife in its natural ecosystem - Harriers soaring for their prey, Keas resting before their flight up Mt Owen. See and hear Grebes, Paradise Ducks, Rails and Tui's in their natural stream and upland habitats.
